We list what must not change.
Windows, furniture, the view and the direction of light. Every shot is checked against that list.
02 · One move
One camera move, chosen for the room.
Here, a slow push into the room: it shows only what the photograph already shows. We don’t move the camera into space your photographs don’t cover.
03 · The check
First, middle and last frames against the photograph.
Every frame is also scanned for sudden jumps. If something bends, appears or disappears, the shot is redone or replaced with another of your photos.

The film: One MP4, 25–30 seconds, five shots, in the Full HD format you choose.

Captions: Two short caption drafts, ready to edit.
A usage guide: Where the film can go, plus a ready-made AI disclosure line for each platform.
Sound: Silent by default. Music only with a licence that covers your channels.
Not included: A second format, filmed or drone footage, a walkthrough, other properties, or paid-ads use unless agreed in your quote.

Check your photos
Tell us about the property and where the film would go. We reply within three working days: a yes, a no, or what’s missing. Free, and no upload yet.

Written quote
Exact scope, dates and total, and which services will process your photographs. Nothing starts until you accept.

Deposit and originals
A 50% deposit. You send five current originals covering at least three spaces, plus one or two spares if you have them, with permission to use them for AI-assisted editing.

Two test shots
You approve the five-shot plan, then we make two representative shots and send them to you. If they can’t be made faithful to your photographs, we stop and refund the deposit in full.

Preview and one round of changes
You check every shot against your photographs. A factual error is fixed separately and doesn’t use up your round.

Balance and final files
Pay the balance after you approve the preview, then download the film, cover, captions and guide.

Planned timing: about ten working days from complete photographs, permissions, an approved shot plan and deposit. Your quote gives the exact dates.

We’ll take only one pilot into production at a time. If another is under way when you accept, your quote gives you a start date before you pay anything.

First step: A free fit check by email. No photographs to upload and nothing to pay.
What we need: Five current photographs of one property, covering three or more spaces (one or two spares help), and permission to use them for AI-assisted editing.
Dates: Confirmed in your quote, before you pay anything.
Payment: 50% to start, 50% after you approve the preview.
If the test fails: You see both test shots and can point out anything that differs from your photographs. If it can’t be put right, we stop and refund the deposit in full.
If it can’t be made faithful: You don’t pay for a misleading film: we refund what you’ve paid.

More spaces, several properties or a longer film are scoped separately after a first film.

Measured afterwards: how far each window’s outline drifts from the source still (0 = identical), four times a second. The right-hand window drifts; the middle one holds. This measure alone did not flag the shot: it was cut by eye, which is why a person reviews every shot.

The arch disappears. So does the shot.

Over eight seconds the right-hand window loses its arch and a column appears. A guest would walk into a different room. We binned the shot.

Fidelity. First, middle and last frames compared with your photograph.
Jumps. Every frame scanned for sudden changes.
Objects. The same furniture and fittings in the same places; nothing added.
Views. No view, room or amenity your photographs don’t show.
Files. Duration, format and playback checked before delivery.

These are our production rules, not a third-party certification.

Your photographs, your property

They stay yours. You or your photographer keep the rights. We use the files only to make your film.
Permission first. We need permission for AI-assisted editing. A photo licence for a listing isn’t automatically enough.
Named services. Before anything is uploaded, we tell you which services will process your photographs and on what terms.
Nothing published. We never show your property in our own marketing unless you agree to that separately.

Is this made with AI?

Yes. Your authorised photographs are the source. The camera motion is AI-assisted, and every final shot is reviewed against your originals so the rooms, furniture and views stay as they are in your photographs. It isn’t filmed footage or a walkthrough, and it comes with an AI disclosure line to use wherever you post it.

Will it look like my property?

That’s the job. Generated motion can bend or invent things, so every shot is compared with your photograph and redone, or replaced with another of your photos, if anything changes. The two test shots happen before full production; if they can’t be made faithful, we stop and refund the deposit.

Can I use the photographs I already paid for?

Often, yes, if your licence allows AI-assisted editing and the channels you want. Owning the property or listing the photos on a booking site doesn’t settle that. If you’re unsure, ask your photographer; we can tell you exactly what to ask.

How much work is it for me?

Five photographs, one permission, and one set of notes when you see the preview. Everything else (selection, shots, checks, edit, captions, files) is ours.

Where can I use the film?

On your own website and your business social accounts. Booking platforms are different: Airbnb listing galleries take photographs only, and other platforms may review or refuse photo-based video. Paid ads need a separate permission in your quote.

Do I have to label it as AI?

Usually, yes. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube ask you to label realistic AI-generated or AI-altered video, and in the EU the AI Act also sets transparency rules for AI-generated content. Your usage guide includes a disclosure line and the setting to use on each platform. This is guidance, not legal advice.

What if something looks wrong?

Send the timecode. If the film shows something your photograph doesn’t, that’s a correction on us and doesn’t use up your round of changes. If we can’t make the agreed film faithful, we refund what you’ve paid.

What if I change my mind?

Before work starts, you get your payment back. After that, your quote lists what each completed stage costs, and we only charge for stages you’ve accepted. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Can I see client work?

Not yet: there is no client work to show at this stage. The examples on this page are labelled studio concepts, not client projects, and any future client work will be shown only with that client’s separate permission. What you can judge before full production is the two test shots made from your own photographs: you see both and can point out anything that differs from your photographs. If they can’t be made faithful, we stop and refund the deposit in full.

Why €390?

It covers checking your photographs, a five-shot plan, the test shots, every generation and check, the edit, one round of changes, captions and the delivered files. It’s a pilot price for a defined scope, not a guarantee of bookings.

Can I have 4K, music or a second format?

The pilot delivers Full HD in one format. We won’t sell an enlarged file as 4K. The film is silent unless you have, or we document, a music licence that covers your channels. A second format can be quoted separately.

Do you do more than one property?

Yes, after a first film. Each property needs its own photographs and permissions, so we scope them one at a time.
